Nous aimerions encourager tous ceux qui sont inscrits au plan « Share Save » à communiquer avec les Ressources Humaines (PeopleServicesCanada@rolls-royce.com) afin de les informer de votre intention de racheter votre participation au plan pour la période correspondante à la durée du lock-out (du 15 mars 2022 au 1er septembre 2022). Nous vous demandons également de transmettre toute réponse à votre comité d’atelier (atelier@csn-rrc.ca). Un grief est actuellement en cours à ce sujet et nous aimerions recueillir autant d’informations que possible. Il est important d’agir car la date d’échéance du plan « ShareSave » est le 1er décembre 2024. Veuillez noter que cette communication ne concerne que le grief relatif à la période du lock-out.

We would like to encourage anyone who is enrolled in the Sharesave plan to contact Human Resources (PeopleServicesCanada@rolls-royce.com) and advise them of your intent to buy back into the plan for the period reflecting the duration of the Lockout (March 15^th 2022 to September 1^st 2022). We would also ask you to forward any response to your Shop Committee (atelier@csn-rrc.ca) as there is currently a grievance open on the matter and we would like to collect as much information as possible. It is important to act on this as the vesting date of the ShareSave plan is December 1^st 2024. It is important to note that this track is only referring to the grievance relating to the period of the lockout.
