Après une longue bataille historique ainsi que de grands sacrifices de la part de chacun d’entre vous, nous sommes heureux de vous annoncer que la nouvelle Convention Collective a finalement été signée par les deux partis le 20 février 2023 afin d’aller de l’avant pour le bien de tous.
Après plusieurs mois de discussions, nous en sommes venus à un accord sur le texte mais malheureusement pas sur l’interprétation de certains textes… Par conséquent, l’entente comporte certains points litigieux qui seront portés en arbitrage ultérieurement.
Nous croyons fermement que notre interprétation des textes sur lesquels vous avez voté est la bonne et nous irons jusqu’au bout afin de faire respecter vos droits.
De plus, le processus visant le retour de notre président entre nos murs suit son cours et nous sommes confiants d’avoir une décision favorable à son endroit.
Nous tenons à remercier la grande équipe de la CSN pour son excellent support avant, pendant et après le conflit mais surtout merci à vous, membres du STTRRC pour votre confiance ainsi que pour votre niveau d’engagement encore jamais vu jusqu’ici qui nous permettront de grandir tous ensemble pour les années à venir.
La Convention Collective a été mise en ligne en attendant la version imprimée.

After a long historic battle and great sacrifices from each of you, we are happy to announce that the new Collective Agreement has finally been signed by both parties on February 20, 2023 in order to move forward for the common good.
After several months of discussions, we came to an agreement on the text but unfortunately not on the interpretation of some texts… Consequently, the agreement contains contentious points which will be brought to arbitration later.
We firmly believe that our interpretation of the texts on which you voted are the correct ones and we will put all our ressources to ensure your rights are respected.
In addition, the process for the return of our president within our walls is following its course and we are confident of having a favorable decision for him.
We would like to thank the great CSN team for their excellent support before, during and after the conflict, but above all thanks to you, members of the STTRRC, for your confidence as well as for your level of commitment never seen before, which will allow us to grow together for years to come.
